Bullguard is a security software which comes with lots of options. It is different from other antivirus programs. It’s among the few that offers a wide range of subscription options, which include up to 15 devices on some plans.
BullGuard unlike other antivirus softwares, uses machine learning to identify threats and stop them before they cause severe damage. This is an amazing feature that we’d like to get more from other providers. In addition, the AV package comes with several other security tools, such as an encrypted browser (which makes it difficult for snoopers to observe your browsing) and identity theft protection.
While the Anti-Virus package is a good choice for people looking for basic protection, we’d recommend upgrading to the Premium or Internet Security packages if you need more complete protection. These packages offer additional security options such as anti-malware, parental control options for Android devices.
Another characteristic that makes BullGuard apart is a “data leakage protection” tool, which alerts you as soon as it finds information such as your address or passwords that have been leaked online. The UI is easy to use however we’d like to have more help material for those who aren’t knowledgeable about cybersecurity.
BullGuard provides 24/7 support through live chat (English only) along with email support and a helpful FAQ section on its website. Users can also join the forum to discuss concerns with other users or with the company. The only thing that’s missing is phone support which isn’t a huge issue for the majority of users.
